Perplexing homepage issue

I am using latest WP, Bricks and WooCommerce versions, and have essentially migrated from Divi and Elementor because I really like the control and simplicity. But all of a sudden, it seems when I designate a page (either a new page or a page template) created in Bricks as my homepage in WP settings, only a blank page (with header and footer) displays as site homepage. If I try to edit it in Bricks, it is not editable.

I’ve tried a few simple tricks, clearing caches and changing browser, but have not uninstalled all plugins, or reinstalled Bricks or anything of that sort. That would be next, I guess. Am I overlooking something embarrassingly simple?

Thanks for the access data! The cause of the problem is a confusing template setup, which can be simplified and solved in several ways, as described in my reply email :slight_smile:
