Partial Sticky Header

Currently the Sticky options for the Header Template settings make the whole header sticky. Would be nice if there was a way to make only 1 part of the Header sticky, such as headers with a narrow subheader above it.

Maybe put a setting to link the Sticky header settings to a CSS ID? That way the user can put in the CSS ID of the header they want to be sticky while the other remains non-sticky.

we want to make an annoucement as a topbar (above the normal header) and make it sticky. What would be the best solution to achive this?

currently we put this topbar into the header, and set its position to sticky. It keeps sticky as long as the header is in viewport, then disappears when the user keeps scrolling to the bottom.

any setting to change this behaviour?
