Nonprofit with dozens of websites considering moving from Elementor / Divi to Bricks needs input

I run a nonprofit organization with many sites using Elementor (and some Divi), and we’re assessing switching to Bricks. We have 40 sites and are creating 70 more. They need far more iterations of writing/editing and UX than average. The majority of changes are done by lots of volunteers. The average new volunteer knows no Wordpress to start, and does the equivalent of 7 weeks of full-time work.

Our paid managerial staff is small, so we can’t train them to use a builder for only 7 weeks work. But we can try to create a self-taught tutorial in Google docs. My main hesitation is how suitable Bricks would be compared to Elementor or Divi for our many non-dev volunteer writers and UXers - so they can make changes after the sites are built. I’d appreciate input on:

A) When a typical Bricks web page is in edit mode, roughly what percentage is WYSIWYG with sizing, spacing, etc. looking exactly the same as to end users? I know a portion of websites in any builder can need complex code that makes WYSI undoable, so I’m only asking about the maybe roughly 3/4 of sites that don’t need to mess up WYSI. If you know Elem or Divi well, what % are they in comparison to Bricks? I asked one WP dev and he put Elem at 95% and Divi and Bricks at 85%.

B) Compared to Elem or Divi, how easy is it for a non-dev new to using WP and Bricks to do these: x) adjust the amounts of space between text, images, buttons, etc.? y) adjust the sizes of text, images, buttons, etc? z) edit text. Factors include: how intuitive is it to find where those things are located? Once you know where they are, how accessible are they - like 1 click, 2, 3, etc.? How intuitive is it to use them? Especially helpful would be ratings of Bricks vs Elem or Divi overall at basic things like x, y and z with 10 being easiest and 1 being hardest. Non-ratings input is also very appreciated.

C) How easy is it for a non-dev new to Bricks to: x) add a new image, text etc.? y) replace an image with a new one. z) drag and drop images, text etc around the page? The dev I asked rated Elem a 9 at these and Bricks and Divi a 7. At the items in question B, he had Elem at 8 and Bricks and Divi at 7. I’d love to hear what others think. Thanks, Peter

I thought I’d mention that I’m not a developer, so I’m somewhat in the dark, and would greatly appreciate input about how Bricks is in comparison to Elementor or Divi at these types of things.
