NO BUG: window.bricksData is undefined - EDITOR NO LONGER WORKS?

window.bricksData is undefined - EDITOR NO LONGER WORKS?
I didn’t update or plugins or change anything.
I can’t edit bricks pages any more the editor doesn’t open.

Same issue here: SOLVED: Editor not opening after 2.0 update, bricksdata js error crashing it

Using the latest version? What is going on?

Hi @dailce ,

Please may I know if it’s happening on all pages or only 1 specific page?

Did you try deactivating plugins and switching to the parent theme?

If the issue is still there by using the parent theme + without any plugins, kindly use your puchased license email to send admin credentials to help@bricksbuilder.io so we can check. (Please include this forum thread URL in the email as a reference.)

Regads,
Jenn

VERY FRUSTRATING! I’ve been working on this site for a couple weeks, and today out of the blue just won’t load!

ALL Plugins deactived, I’m only using about 4.

As @itchycode mentioned, did you try to activate a different theme to see if the site will come back up?

As well, do you have debug turned on and if so, did it output any errors?

Everyhing off just bricksbuilder on, working all month. Just today it no longer works, I don’t know why. Wasted a whole day of work!

Dear @dailce

As per our email conversation, please provide admin access so I can check the root cause.

/applications/test/?bricks=run&brickspreview=true

Console shows NS_NET_PARTIAL_TRANSFER in firefox. Chrome shows ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

Even with all plugins off. Not sure if client is ok with handing out credentials, still waiting.

AHHHH! What a day of trouble shooting. Using kaspersky - Network Settings > Enrypted Connection Scan > white list your domain for those that don’t know. Since Bricks uses a large data set to run, this was causing kaspersky to crap out and fail with a partial load. By configuring your domain as a trusted address it bypasses kaspersky scans, and loads instantly. I had to waste a whole day trouble shooting - as this issue just popped up out of the blue after a few weeks work. Still wasted a lot of time…. hopefully this helps anyone else.
