I’ve had a similar issue before but this time it makes no sense as the header templates hasn’t made edited in months.
Basically I’ve gone today to make some changes only to find the header does not show in the bricks visual editor. I can see the elements on the right hand side and even click, but once I click a few seconds later the editor crashes.
The header shows completely fine on the front end and even when you edit other pages such as the home page.
Can’t see any obvious errors in custom code I’ve done and cannot look at the header long enough to see if their’s any issues cropped up their.
Would you be so kind as to send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase?
Believe you solved my issue previously , hopefully it just a silly mistake somewhere but can’t understand why it’s happened as I’ve not touched the header in ages, just been working on the single-products page template.
Ah somehow missed the email, that’s great thank you. Is their a way to edit templates/pages in some sort of debug mode when things like this happened? It was so un responsive and kept crashing that I actually couldn’t go through the elements to try and troubleshoot the issue.
