1- If we copy a HEX color code and paste it into the color picker, it will not be added at all.
2- If we set the HEX color in the color picker, if we open that color picker again, it will not show RGB by default.

you mean this one, right?
If yes, this is a native OS/browser color picker, so we can’t affect how it works. But please record a video of the issue, so I have a reference on how you replicate the issue.

Interesting, I didn’t know that the color picker is different in each browser. That’s why there is no option to set HEX colors in Firefox.

I enable HEX color. But if I enable the color picker again, RGB is the default color.

yep, it’s different. In my case (MacOS), it looks like this:
So we don’t have much control over it. To improve it, we would need to implement our own color picker. Then we could control how it behaves. That’s why I’ll mark this one as a no-bug for now, as this is how it works.
