NO BUG: The Events Calendar Ticket Shortcode displaying inside the builder, but not on the frontend

Hey there!

I’ve created a template for the custom post type “event” which is automatically created by the plugin “The Events Calendar”.

I successfully got it to overwrite their default design, but for some reason it won’t display the following shortcode in the frontend - weird thing is, it displays it inside the builder:

Thanks so much for your report!

I’m not sure and don’t quite understand which functionalities are included in the free or pro/plus versions of the two plugins, but as far as I can see, shortcodes can only be used with “Event Tickets Plus”.

See the requirements: Embedding Tickets and RSVPs - Knowledgebase

However, the shortcode is not rendered anywhere for me, assuming we are talking about the same plugins:

Thanks Timmse for getting back to me so quickly,

I’ve got both Pro/Plus versions activated and seems to work fine on every other of my pages except for the one I applied to the “event” post type.

Here for example it works fine:

Aaah, great! Please send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so that we can take a look at it. Unfortunately, we do not have any pro/plus licenses for the plugins.

Thanks for the login credentials. I added the post_id to the shortcode and it works as expected as far as I can see. While testing, I accidentally deleted some of your tickets - so don’t be surprised that they are gone :smiley:
