I have a custom taxonomy of “Industries” that is part of a CPT of “Services”. When creating a query loops to pull in those taxonomies, there are not values when trying to include or exclude.
I’ve tried all the normal stuff of clearing cache, saving permalinks, etc. I also tried a simple query in the editor but that will not work either.
I’m sure it is something simple that I am doing wrong, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I tried using standard taxonmies such as Post Category and there are still no terms selectable in the include or exclude dropdowns.

This screenshot shows the empty dropdown for Terms (Include). I also tried typing the term name here, it just returns an X.
I was able to exclude using a meta value, but I still don’t understand why none of the term values are available to choose from. This applies to all terms, including the default WordPress terms.
Hi @redefyned1 ,
Please can you try re-downloading the 1.9.7.1 from my.bricksbuilder.io and reinstalling the theme?
Alternatively, please try to deactivate plugins to identify the root cause.
We received a similar ticket and identified it’s related to “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” by CartFlows.
Regards,
Jenn
I confirmed it was not any plugin conflict. Simply reinstalling 1.9.7.1 did the trick.
Thanks for your help!
