The template viewer layout within the builder is broken on v1-10-2.

I certainly can’t reproduce this on my local install. 
Can you try clearing the cache and disabling all plugins and custom styles if you have it? Does it work then?

I can confirm that once the plugin Advanced Themer is disabled the problem will be gone. I will report it to the Advanced Themer’s author. Thanks.
Please make sure to update AT to the newest version available. This issue has been fixed in 2.8+
