NO BUG: Styles not persisting to live site

I am running Bricks Builder v1-9-5 (no tag exists that I could see to select)

When I change the font/style of text in a template in Bricks Builder, it does not update correctly (or at all sometimes) when on a live site.

  1. In the video I recorded it shows how at the bottom of my home page there is a template CTA
  2. then I reload the page (for some reason also, the image assets are taking a very long time to load on refresh)
  3. I go to show the template in bricks builder in both desktop and mobile. See how in mobile it should be all red text, and large sized?
  4. then I show how in a normal chrome tab the changes in the template are not reflected on the live site. On both desktop and mobile I’m getting small and incorrectly colored text. This happens on incognito tabs as well.

Hit the “Clear Cache” button in the top admin bar.

Thanks for the tip! I tried clearing the cache via the admin dashboard when viewing the website and still logged into wordpress, but the issue is still there. Also an incognito window still shows the same issue.

Any ideas on how to fix?

It seems another user on this forum is having a similar issue with the same bricks version. Can we get a dev to look at this please?

I ended up fixing this by just duplicating the template elements, and then deleting the problem one.
