NO BUG: Skip to Content disabled in settings but still forced in private browsing mode

In incognito windows on all browsers, my website is being forced to skip links. It was just on many blog posts (found out because AI can’t crawl my website because of it but as of today it’s actually on my whole website. I use ACSS and they insist it’s a Bricks builder issue.

I’ve enabled and disabled skip links in settings. I’ve cleared cache on browser and on the server.

Despite a lot of digging, I’ve wasted days on this.
Any ideas - specific steps please?

Looks like it’s a conflict with nitro pack and the updates. waiting on tech support.
