The Show elements panel (and focus on search) is not working. All the other shortcuts work fine.
What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

I can’t replicate the issue locally. It’s possible that a browser extension might be interfering with the shortcut on your end. Please try disabling all browser extensions (or use incognito mode) and check if the shortcut works. If the issue persists, it would be helpful to know the operating system and browser you’re using. This will help us investigate further.

As a note to others: the Toggl time tracker extension for Chrome was the one hijacking the Shift+Cmd+E shortcut.
