NO BUG: Section template with hook inject. Not responsive?

Hello - I have created a section template. The template is responsive: while the 2 blocks are side by side on desktop, they are in column on mobile.

Now I inject the section via a hook. The injected template is however not responsive and the two blocks are side by side even on mobile. Is this normal ?

My bad. It seems that this was a caching issue. I created a new test page to inject the template and it was responsive this time.
