I just installed Bricks on a brand new page. Just “WP Rocket” is installed too. I didnt even created anything else (Media, Post, Page, etc.). I just wanted to check the setting.
Problem:
There is no “Save” button in the settings. On any Tab. Its not even seen in the code.
What i did:
Of course deactivate WP Rocket, Deinstall Theme, Reinstall, switch languages in WP. Nothing fixed the problem.
I saw one other Topic but that seems unsolved too. Any help here?
By the way, if i install the Bricks Theme Local everything is fine.
Need to say, that the problem right now is on a subdomain level, if this is an needed information.
Update: I created a clean Local and installed Bricks on it. The save button is there. No i created a Backup with All-In-One Plugin and import it to the same sight, like i described above.
And still. The same Issue. I dont see a save button on the Settings area.
Hi Lukas,
Thanks so much for your report, and welcome to the forum!
The report you mentioned (it is always a good idea to link it) was solved by the user:
Is the button basically there when you look at the source code of the settings page and is it just hidden? See the screenshot of what it should look like.
Hey @timmse , thank you for you answer. Next time i will reference it
I checked the code. No there is no “submit-wrapper”.
And i tried also an older Version 1.11.1 and update to the newest. As i said, very strange that i see it on local and if i completely copy to the live site, its not there anymore.
Strange… Please send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase.
Please try it in another browser or incognito tab/ without active browser extensions. This might be the cause… also, you can try using the login credentials you just sent. If it works, there’s something wrong with your WP user account.
Thanks for the feedback! I’m glad you were able to find the cause. However, I can’t explain why NordVPN classifies the buttons as potentially dangerous
It is best to contact NordVPN support and report back here when you have received feedback.
