NO BUG: Rich Text element doesn't display correctly in 1.8.1 Canvas

When I select the Rich Text element in the Canvas, the “ADD MEDIA”, “VISUAL”, and “TEXT” tabs are not visible. You can see that their Tabs are present only for a few pixels. v1.8 shows them correctly. See attached.

I see all tabs on mine.

Could it be your CustomCSS? You customized the Bricks UI right?
You might try removing it as a test.
