NO BUG: Random Order for products in a Loop does not work

The Random Order is not working for product, related products, cross sell, cart cross sell, nor upsell products.

Not a bug. There is a Random TTL Seed that is set for 60 minutes, so it won’t randomize on every page load. When I set it to 0.1 minutes, I see it radomize after 0.1 minutes.
