NO BUG: Problem in automatic Regenerate of CSS files after updating bricks

Browser: Chrome 131.0.6778.70
OS: Windows

Hi bricks team,

I’m not sure if other users have this problem, but I don’t always manually regenerate css files after updating Bricks. to be done automatically.
But it seems that auto-regenerate doesn’t work well. Because a few minutes after the update, when I view the website in the front end, the styles are broken. When I do Regenerate manually, the problem is solved.

I should also add that the wp-rocket plugin is active. Not sure if that’s related or not. Is anyone here experiencing a similar problem?

Thank you!

Hi,

thank you for your report. Can you try with wp-rocket disabled, just to test?
Additionally, can you check if there are any errors in debug.log?

Thank you,
Matej

Hi Matej,

I will investigate this matter in more detail soon and report the result

Hi again,

Yes, it seems to be a problem with wp-rocket. So this is not a bug from bricks.

Thank you

Hi,

thank you for your response. I’m glad you figured it out, and that it’s no bug from Bricks. Then, I would say there is probably a setting or two to fix that, so that you don’t need to have it disabled. Sadly, I don’t use WP Rocket, so advise further :frowning:

Anyway, I see that you marked the topic as no bug, so that’s good

Best regards,
Matej
