NO BUG: Pop-up doesn't open on interaction

Hi!

I created a pop-up, with Condition: Full website. Then the interaction, on a div with an “a” tag (#). Shown in the images. But whatever I change it doesn’t want to open. The website is not in maintenance mode. I have no idea what to try to solve this…

I just tried it out for myself with a div that has an “a” tag and that “Interaction setup” you showed.
Make sure set the conditions for your popup in the “Template settings” of your popup:

In my case I set it to “Entire website” cause I just wanted to test it. It´d probably be enough to set it to the specific page where you want the popup to appear :slight_smile: .

This is what works for me so I´d say it´s no bug :slight_smile:

this should work. But like @Soluna answered, please check if your template is loaded on a page.

Hi.

Yes I know it should’ve worked… Turned off PhastPress plugin, which I’ve used on all of my other sites, without a problem, but that was somehow preventing the pop-up from opening.
