i may have missed it but i do not see a template type and condition for woocommerce product attribute archive pages - Managing Product Categories, Tags and Attributes - WooCommerce
how can i target such?

You should be able to find your attribute after selected Categories & Tags.

Not sure if this helps anyone, but I came across this topic when my attribute archives were coming up with 404 page.
My template was set to all terms and I couldn’t figure out why it’s not working.
What I had to do after I created my attributes with “enable archive” checked, was to go to Settings → Permalinks and re-save my permalinks with attribute base added.
Then my main Product Category Archive Template straight away worked for attributes as well!
