NO BUG: New color picker - Quick Access bar z-index issue

Hi,

In some cases, the color picker is placed below the Quick Access bar. Please watch the video below.

The color picker has higher z-index than the quick access bar by default.

When you hover the quick access bar while opening the color picker, then the z-index of the quick access bar will be higher than the color picker so you can choose the items on it.
