Hi, I try new submenu feature, in submenu position static, but the submenu is so high even when I dont see sub in sub menu. Please repair this, it awesome that can be static, but is showing all space with sub in sub menu

Thanks so much for your report!
Now that we have two menu elements, it always makes it easier to tell which element we are talking about 
From the screenshot, I assume that in your case, it’s the “simple” Nav Menu (not Nav (nestable)), right?
If so, please make sure you have enabled the “Multilevel” functionality in the WordPress Menu Screen for the dropdown. This should actually make it work as expected.
