NO BUG: Media Upload Fails with White Screen and No Option to Select Previously Uploaded Files

Description: When attempting to upload media to the forum, I encounter a white screen and the upload does not complete. Additionally, I am unable to select already uploaded files, which prevents me from reusing existing media.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the media upload section.
  2. Attempt to upload any type of file. A white screen appears, and the upload does not complete or update.
  3. Try selecting already uploaded files, but the option is unresponsive.

Expected Behavior:

  1. The upload should complete successfully without showing a white screen.
  2. The option to select already uploaded files should be available and functional.

Actual Behavior:
A white screen appears, and the upload does not update or finish. There is no option to select previously uploaded media.

Thanks so much for your report!

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue. Please disable all of your plugins and try again. Also, try accessing the media library in Gutenberg and additionally with a default theme (such as 2025) enabled and see if the issue persists.

Thank you for getting back to me.

I tested this by disabling all plugins, and the issue no longer occurs. It appears to be caused by a plugin conflict. I’ll now re-enable the plugins one by one to identify the specific plugin responsible.
