Hey there,
I have one issue and want to raport.
I lost all classes.
I finish single post template, and want to add one more thing. Then I add assigned sidebar to that template and start messing with widgets in gutenberg. I just want one widget- tags. And after I added it I start messing with styling, but nothing advanced, all in frontend gutenberg, and save that, all in Gutenberg. I was not satisfied and I delete that sidebar from template.
Then I start Archive template and saw that header and footer are not styled. And I then saw that all styling is gone, all classes are gone.
I trigger just one more thing between, tags condition feom BricksEsxtras but nothing to do with it and I then turn that off.

Maxime from advanced themer jump in and try to help and discover this from screenshot.

That also happened in 1.8.3, where styled stuff got lost.

Well as far as I remember I try to save some basic style Gutenberg widget, nothing advanced. Its like stuck and next I remember I leave that and try to build archive page and I saw on the begining that there is no style on header and footer. I try with css regenerate but nothings gonna happens.

Hey Emir,

thanks for the report and sorry for the inconveniences.

It’s hard to follow the steps you have taken though to be honest. And it’s just “as far as you remember”. It would be great if you provided some reproducible steps so we can investigate a possible issue here.

Maybe you can use a tool like Jam with its Instant Replay feature to be able to catch the issue when you encounter it again.

Best,

André

Well the event happen after messing with Gutenberg widgets, trying to save the basic style. After push the save changes everything stuck. Button in top right corner stuck (Gutenberg) stuck. Then I leave that and try to create archive template and saw that footer and header styles are missing.

Hey Emir,

got that. Unfortunately “Messing with Gutenberg widgets” is nothing I can reproduce though.

Best,

André

Ok, similar thing happen day after and I lost everything. Somehow database lost connection and all work is gone. I was smart enough to make a backup and restore everything on the other server. After one day of work I must conclude that there is something wrong with the old hosting.
On the new server everything work as a charm, smoth as I use to. I can say that you can conclude this case with problems caused by server/hosting issue.

Hey Emir,

thanks a lot for the update.

Please get back to us if you encounter similar issues again.

Best,

André
