NO BUG: issues by switching between header templates

When i switch between different headers, the styles only apply after refreshing the website.
Its like the Header-CSS only loads after refreshing the page.

The issue happens with and without caching tool.

Thank you for your report. Can you record a video or show steps on how you switch between headers?
I would just like to make sure I understand what you mean.
