NO BUG: Is it just me or there is no add links in rich text widget?

Its actually version 1.10.3

I just installed the latest Bricks theme. And realize that there is no link/unlink in the rich text. Could it be me that was wrong on it? I want to add a link to a certain word on the paragraph.

Please turn off your plugins and see if it resolves the issue. If not, re-install Bricks manually (download from your account).

Thanks for getting back to me! I downgraded it to 1.9.9 its appear, and yes upgrade it back on and the link button shows up.
