NO BUG: Invalid Signature

Hello Knowledgeable Coders,

I manage content on a site and I have encountered an error that is causing our collapsable menu to not open at all, so no one can navigate around our site.

The site is http://www.oceanexchange.org – and we’re running wordpress with a Bricks Child Theme. The issue has been documented on Chrome for mac, Firefox for mac, and an unknown browser on a windows machine.

I am not a developer and I do not know programming, I only manage content, so this is way over my head. However, I’m posting here so if anyone else runs into the same issue, they will know it’s not something they necessarily did. Hopefully some people with the right expertise will see this and be able to release an update.

If anyone has any ideas how I can get my menu working in the meantime, please let me know. We have multiple similar errors all over our site right now.

Many thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

  • go the template where the element is that says ‘invalid signature’. From your screenshot it looks like the header template.
  • in the header template click on the element where the menu should be.
  • on the left hand side it there will be a button that says ‘sign code’.
  • click the button. the menu will appear. then save the page. repeat for any others across the site.

Thank you so much! That took care of it. I appreciate your response, for a non-coder these kinds of errors are not so straightforward to figure out.
