NO BUG: Instagram Element don't show Images

Hi there,
i use the instagram element to integrate a feed on a clients page. The instagram element is working with text and hashtags, but images are not shown. It worked last September, but with the new API Key is doesn’t.

Does anybody is facing the same problem? Do I have to consider anything when creating the API Key?

Thanks so much for your report!

Are the posts actually images or videos/reels?
If the latter, we have received this report, but have not yet been able to replicate the problem, and unfortunately have not yet received any access data: WAIT: Instagram Feed: Blank image slot with caption-only for shared post

Hi timmse,
thanks for coming back to me. I send you the credentials of a test Page, where the same problem occurs. The Instagram Feed has Images and Videos, but both are not shown.

I hope, this helps in some way.

Thanks for the login credentials. We figured out that the problem was caused by the Firefox extension “Facebook Container,” so it’s not a Bricks bug.
