Just to clarify this: it’s not a Bricksforge „bug“ at all, but a „wrong“ configuration 
The reason is that page transitions have been activated here. Pjax fails when opening the Lightbox images. To fix this, the links of the photos that are opened with Lightbox must be ignored in the link selector (which can be found in the page transitions settings menu). Then pjax will ignore these images and the lightbox will open as usual
