Clicking on an image and then attempting to go back to the grid disables the CSS completely.
Also it seems that there is no navigation possible between the images.

It looks like the issue is caused by the PhastPress plugin. Please deactivate it, clear the cache if necessary, and see if it fixes the issue.

Well, almost a genius …
It still persists with Safari, Edge, Brave, Chrome, but handled in Firefox.
I deleted PhastPress and cleared the cache of the browsers.
Almost is better than nothing 
Then it may be due to another plugin, because the lightbox itself seems to work, but then you are redirected to the image.
The lightbox opens:
Then this happens (all styles and probably JS is missing):
And then you’re getting redirected and end up at the image URL:
Please deactivate all plugins (without exception) and check your htaccess file for redirects.

The culprit was Brickforge…
Now it works beautifully with navigation and all.
Not a Bricks bug, but Bricksforge bug.
