NO BUG: Home page won't save - save button spins continuously

When I try to save the home page, the save button just spins.

I’m able to edit/save the header and other pages. It seems that the home page is the only one with the problem.

I had this problem a few days ago as well, but then a new version of bricks came out and I ran the update and the save started working again. But then after working on the site for a few hours, it just stopped saving again.

I’ve only got 3 other plugins active and I tried deactivating them, didn’t make a difference.
Everything looks good on the system information page.

Any ideas?

I just hit a similar problem. The save icon doesn’t stop, but the bricks edits do save. Not sure why this worked just fine yesterday and when i woke up today its broken.

Sorry @timmse - I figured it out.

Yoast crashed for some unknown reason, causing a weird database error. This made Bricks not want to stop the spinning save icon.

I deactivated yoast and it went away.

My client has the exact same problem on the site we are working on.
I don’t have any problems, so i can’t replicate it, but my client (and a member of his team) cannot save any work they do, which is very stressful.

I have the same problem on a new site. I thought its my blueprint and built it up new from the ground, still the same problem.

How did you sovle it @tjockis ?
