NO BUG: Google reCAPTCHA error: Invalid site key

Hi all,

I have a contact us form which I have used the bricks settings to add a Google reCAPTCHA for, but I keep getting the below error.

I have made sure the URL is correct on Google’s admin console and added it both with and without the www. I have also made sure the API keys are correct but no luck so far.

Any help would be appreciated

TIA

Hey @ZedHaych,

if you are 100% sure that the keys are correct, can you check the form, if there is any styling applied to it, in a way that shows the Captcha error all the time?

If you are unsure where to look, you can also share a link to the page with a form, and I’ll check it.

Thanks,
Matej

Hi Matej,

Thanks a lot, could you please check for me on this page https://zyada.co.uk/contact/?frame-nonce=79a8ca929c&v=7885444af42e

Hmm, thank you. Can see the problem, and it seems that grecaptcha is not defined when we call it.

Can you try to disable all optimization and performance plugins?

Thanks,
Matej

Hi Matej,

Thanks it seems the issue is my cookies banner plugin (WP cookie consent) and unfortunately it seems this is how it is supposed to work. Thanks for your help and happy new year!

Hi @ZedHaych,

thanks for your response. Then, I’ll set the forum topic as “no bug”, as it’s not Bricks bug.
Thank you for the follow-up!
