After exporting the form that contains UTF-8 characters (like Arabic and Persian/Farsi), nothing is readable.
Can you fix this please.

Which program do you use to open the CSV file, and which encoding is set by default? With Excel, you may well have to convert the file before opening/importing it.
As a test, I submitted the mentioned string to Showcase – Bricks, exported the CSV, and can open it in Google Sheets, Visual Studio code, and Apple Numbers without any problems.
