When I set date filters for bricks query to min/max, with posts acf dates only in may I first see januari 2025 but the right dates. When I select the range I get zero results.
WP and ACF field have same date format ( j F Y ) , also in output. When I try other date formats in ACF there eis no difference. When I de-select min/max All works as expected.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue/don’t know exactly how to. Would you be so kind as to provide a screencast using https://jam.dev showing and explaining your setup in detail? Alternatively, please provide screenshots of your filter and ACF fields setup.
