CSS loading method is set to External, I’ve regenerated CSS and the CSS is still being loaded inline. See Loom video attached to this post.
They spoke about this in the changelog…
" the next step is to provide one global class CSS file (when using the external file CSS loading method) rather than loading those rules inline."
Currently some CSS is still inline.
Hmmm … I don’t remember any inline CSS in the past.

As far as I can see, this has always been the case with global classes. The next step is, as David already said, to outsource them to external files as well.
