I’m testing version 2.4 on my site, specifically on the “My Account” page templates.
I can’t find the endpoints created by plugins—only the ones native to WooCommerce. Is this normal? Do I still need to create WordPress pages to add endpoints?

Yes, this is expected for the Account Page v2 state list. Bricks exposes the built-in WooCommerce My Account states.
You should not need to create separate WordPress pages just to make normal WooCommerce endpoints work. If the plugin registers a proper WooCommerce account endpoint and callback, that endpoint should render through WooCommerce on the My Account page. What Bricks does not currently provide is a dedicated editable Account Page v2 state for each custom/plugin endpoint.
This is the same in v1 as well, no Bricks templates for custom WooCommerce Account endpoints.
