As you can see from the screenshot, one of the 3 posts is in Draft, but it still shows in the count of the dropdown.

I can’t replicate this issue locally.
Can you try to regenerate the filter index manually? (WP admin > Bricks > Settings > Query Filters)
Do you have any other Filters plugin activated? If yes, try deactivating and check again.
If it’s still the same, please send us credentials as always, I will investigate
