The problem was in section condition - I followed the instructions in this tutorial: Creating dynamic WooCommerce archive pages – Bricks Academy (bricksbuilder.io)
In step 3 is/were condition what is wrong, because WooCommerce returns false when you are on the non-first page:
When I deleted the condition, the section shows correctly.
