Since we used on our product the accordion tool, for Description and Technical sections, it creates automatically markup schema as FAQ, those appear then in the GSC as an issue since there are not FAQ.
How to disable those automatic markup schema ?

Are you using the regular accordion element in your single products template? If so, in my test (Bricks 2.0), there is no faq schema unless the FAQ schema toggle is activated.
There is a product schema, and a breadcrumbs schema (if breadcrumbs are used), but no faq schema.
