NO BUG: 'Disable auto-expand (Text editor, Code)' no longer works (Advanced Themer plugin conflict)

Browser: Chrome 110
OS: macOS
Video: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom

Since updating to Bricks 1.9.1 I find that ‘Disable auto-expand (Text editor, Code)’ no longer works.

There is also strange behaviour after minimising the panel and selecting other elements.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Go to Bricks > Settings > Builder
  • Switch on ‘Disable auto-expand (Text editor, Code)’
  • Save
  • Edit a page in Bricks and go to Style > CSS
  • The panel wizzes out when it shouldn’t
  • Minimise the panel and go to the Content tab, then click other elements on the canvas to see additional irregular behaviour

Hi Sly,
Thanks so much for your report!

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue. Can you please disable all your plugins and see if the problem persists? If not, activate one after the other and test again. I guess it’s a plugin conflict.

Best regards,
timmse

You are right @timmse ! Deactivating Advanced Themer plugin solves the issue.

I will report the bug to Maxime. Sorry to have disturbed you.

No problem, you’re welcome
