NO BUG: Default blog page does not show "template archiv"

Bricks Version: 1.5.7
Browser: Firefox 106.0.5
OS: Windows 11

Hello, I have created a template as archive for posts and a template as single for single post pages.
I also have set the condition for the archive for all archives and the single post for posts. In the WP settings > reading I already have set the Posts Page to Blog.

But when I open the blog page in the nav menu, the blog page has a different design than my template blog archive. I have no other plugins except Bricks.

I checkded many times all the settings, but could not find anything wrong. Therefore I “guess” it could be a bug. If you need the URL, how can I send it hidden/private? (The “hide details” option in this text field does not seem to work, the text was still visible)

I think you have to manually add the blog page as a single post in your template condition.
“Archive” condition is meant for archive pages except the blog page itself.

I also tried “Posts” in the condition of the template and also changed in Wordpress template type to “single” , but still same, when I open my website page default “Blog” , its a different design instead of the template.

WP template type has to be “Archive”, since the query is for a post archive.

But in the Bricks template conditions, you need to add your blog page: “single post / your blog page”.

Ah I see, that works now with 2 conditions, thanks!

I never have thought I would need 2 conditions (archive > all archives) + (individual > blog page) it would be nice to see that in the tutorials.

But thats very cool that someone could help me out so fast :

Well for me it makes sense, since my main blog pages often have more informations than archive pages, hence different templates.

But it should definitely be mentionned somewhere in documentation (if not yet, I mean).
