NO BUG: Custom password reset page not working

I created a custom registration form via Fluent Forms. After registration I use FluentCRM to send an email containing a password reset url so that that the user can set a password.

this works fine but the reset page being used is the default WordPress page, even though I did configure a custom page.

The generated reset url looks like this:

/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=KRLutQw8WYJOgnYz&login=john.doe&wp_lang=de_CH

This is the configuration of the FluentCRM email:

Hi @jonaswd,

I don’t have FluentCRM / Fluent Forms to test this, but I’ve tried to send a password reset link from the WP user list, and the link was correct - it was pointing to the reset password page.

Can you try to do the same? Maybe with all plugins disabled, if it’s not working?

Let me know, please,
Matej

Hi @Matej,

thanks for your reply. I changed the registration process for now so I use the standard WordPress email. This email does not look so great but it works.
So you can mark this report as solved.

Thanks so much!
Jonas

Hi @jonaswd,

thank you for letting me know. I’ll mark the topic as no-bug, but please let me know if it happens again, with default Bricks.

Thanks,
Matej
