It would be great if you could create a small screencast demonstrating your exact setup (custom field setup, page / template setup, dynamic data usage) and showing the issue. Hard to tell what might be wrong by just looking at the website as I do not even know where you expect the color to appear.
As per my email reply, to use the category dynamic data, you need to ensure currently inside a Term context or inside a Term query loop.

I HAVE GOT THIS WORKING BUT… THE COLOR PICKER VALUE WOULD NOT PULL THROUGH. I EVENTUALLY TRIED A SIMPLE TEXT FIELD WITH A HEX VALUE AND THAT WORKED. IS THERE A BUG WITH METABOX COLOR PICKER VALUES IN BRICKS?
Hi - I am having the exact same problem with everything set up like the OP. Can you explain what you put in your email to the OP?
I have tried adding a container with a query loop for the term but the background color is still not showing. I’ve also tried a Taxonomy element which shows the correct term but, again the background color is not being applied when I select dynamic data.
Without knowing your setup, it’s difficult to check if it’s a bug or not.
Where did you put your dynamic data? It should be inside color RAW value right?
Please provide more info about your setup.
Hi Jenn - yes, inside the colour RAW field. It works when calling the hex value from a text field but not a colour picker field.
I checked with Metabox support and the setup worked when they checked by testing with Twenty Twenty Two theme and calling the colour picker field using a function, so it would appear to be a Bricks issue with the colour picker.
