In the context menu, the Hide in builder/frontend buttons are not displayed before hover.

Thanks so much for your report, and a happy New Year!

Since the beginning (2.0), the icons have only been displayed on hover to keep the context menu a little cleaner. Accordingly, this is not a bug.
