NO BUG: Content Missing/Not Visable yet structure shows it there

Hello ~ strange situation, but after spending plenty of time learning Wordpress and using Bricks, my content is not visible in the designer, yet the structure shows all my content is there. Can anyone tell me where I’ve gone wrong on this? I am totally new to Wordpress btw

Thank you x10 in advance.

Hi Michael,
Thanks so much for your report, and welcome to the forum!

Are you using Cloudflare RocketLoader? Please see » Known issues – Bricks Academy
issues/

If not, are there any errors in the console? Are the elements showing after you save and reload the builder?

Best regards,
timmse

Hi ~ no I’m not using Cloudflare RocketLoader, only Bricks. The content is invisible somehow, even though I can see in the structure view all my elements and sections are on the page.
I recorded this video which shows what I see from within my project.

Do you have a parent template applied?

I have nothing happening with this project except ACF - as I am trying to recreate a page I built in Webflow to display team members. Even with ACF, ALL the pages I made with Bricks appear empty in the designer.

make https://jam.dev/ recording
if there is any network or js error it shows so we can see and solve it maybe

I haven’t yet bought a license ~ I’m only trying it out at the moment. Would that change things?

No, not at all. Just send us the access data to your try.bricksbuilder installation and include a link to this thread.

It might be that the problem is related to the “show outer post content” feature that was recently introduced (@alessykora has a similar situation we’re currently looking into). The more setups we get, the better

Cool! I’ve sent the email at the Bricks support page.

Thanks for login credentials!
In your case, the problem is due to an incorrect condition. You have given your “membre” archive template the condition “entire website”, so that this template affects everything, which in turn collides with the “show outer post content” feature.

I have adjusted the condition, and now it works as expected
I will note the problem internally but will not consider it a bug.

Have a great weekend!
