Hey There,
I created a popup Template. Its called “Kurzbewerbung”.
Then I added a Button “Kurzbewerbung schreiben” with an Interaction on click - show element - popup -kurzbewerbung.
But it does not work.
Do you know why?

Please make sure you have set the display condition in the popup settings.

yep, please do as @HOSEIN suggested or add a “Template” element on the page and select the popup you use. Then it should work.

Theme Settings/Popup?
The condition is “start display at any breakpoint”.
So it was already set correctly.
thank you. But if I want the Popup to be shown on several pages… do I always need to load it into each site? I would kike to magae it globally without thinking about it.
Hi Monika,
Hosein and Matej are referring to the popup template conditions, so that the popup knows where to appear. In your case, this should be set to “entire website.” Alternatively, you can also select individual pages, as shown here, for example.

Why isn’t a popup available all the time for the whole Website?
I need to adres this specific Popup anyway, so it will only be displayed where its needed.
It is, if you add the entire website condition. Again, if you don’t tell the popup where to show, it won’t show anywhere since there is no “default” condition.
