When clicking on the “Register” or “Login” buttons, there is an endless loading loop, preventing normal registration and login processes.

That is because your Cloudflare is blocking the request to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
There is a challenge setting set on your Cloudflare.
Please check it or tweak properly so the admin-ajax.php AJAX request can be made properly by visitor.
