When editing a template with my laptop (15") on builder I can’t see the desktop breakpoint and I see the mobile breakpoint instead. But I can see the desktop one when editing on a bigger screen.
This means I can’t edit the desktop from my laptop, because the changes are applied to mobile breakpoint.
That’s actually not a bug. You disabled the scaling. If you enable it and add the desired width (in my example 1400) to the “w” input, you will be able to see your desktop styles, automatically scaled down (percentage) to fit the available viewport size:
