Please open the SVG in a code editor and see if it contains an „extreme" width/height. If it does, remove or reduce it.

A lot of work to delete. It’s not right.
Ok. The SVG is included in the preview with an img tag that uses the available width and automatically adjusts the height. Because the “1” is damn high and not square, for example, this is what it looks like in this particular case. No bug, just an SVG with a “heavy” ratio.
