I am trying to use the editor on a staging copy of my production website. The issue is that the elements that I add to containers do not show in the editor canvas itself and can’t be clicked/hovered on. They are present in the Structure panel and I can interact with them from there. When I click on the “Go to: View on frontend” the element is visible on the frontend. After returning to the editor, certain items are then visible (images) but some are still not visible on the canvas (navbar (Nestable)).
Maybe I am doing something wrong, as I am new to Bricks. I couldn’t find any similar topics.
Unfortunately, I’m still unable to determine what might be going wrong, as I haven’t encountered this issue before where only certain elements aren’t rendered in the builder.
Can you try disabling all browser extensions? if the issue persists then we’ll need admin access (sent to help@bricksbuilder.io with a link to this forum thread).
As per my reply in the email, this is related to your server configuration.
Noticed that all REST API calls in your website resolved to a static HTML page.
You can replicate this issue in the default WP theme too. (Create a new page is always failed)
Please check your server configuration.
