@timmse haha sorry. I deleted the the website after I saw it worked. You can now login again. The login details are the same Iāve sent via DM. I can also confirm what @lauhriz said that it stops working after a while. Very strange.
Hi! I have sent the login details to a live site to help@bricksbuilder.io
Hi guys,
we looked at both installations over the weekend.
The reason why the builder does not load is a ādestroyedā main.min.js. We canāt explain what leads to this until now because it is a static file. This means that this file is not changed - except in the case of a theme update.
The problem has not reoccurred in the last 24 hours @webmate @lauhriz, both websites are still functional.
It would be good to know the last steps before the problem occurred. Accordingly, it would be necessary if you try to create the problem again, because we couldnāt make it.
To retrace your steps 1:1, please use a tool like https://birdeatsbug.com (the free plan is sufficient). With this tool, you can record your screen and every click and every input will be captured automatically. That would help us a lot in this case!
Hello Timmse!
I think the problem is related to the OxyProps plugin because as soon as I activated it, I went to bricks builder, made a change, hit save, and refreshed - and the problem is back. I have recorded the session and will send you a link via email. let me know if there is anything else I can do
I agree with you, I also did a test just now, when I re-uploaded 1.7b, the builder can be successfully loaded, and then after enabling oxyprops, the first load was successful, but the second time it failed. Then I disabled oxyprops and re-uploaded 1.7b, and it loaded normally again. It has been tested several times.
Yes, I can confirm the same sequence. updating to OxyProps 1.4.12 didnāt make a difference
Hello timmse,
Hello all,
BricksProps (oxyprops) developer here.
timmse, the problem is probably on my side. Donāt spend too much time on it.
OxyProps applies a patch to main.min.js. If you reinstall Bricks, OxyProps will detect it and reapplies the patch. So the problem will keep going as long as OxyProps is active.
I need to check what changed in V1.7b and adjust to it.
Hey Cedric,
Thanks for letting me know!
Good luck fixing it
Hi again,
I just released OxyProps v1.4.13 that fixes this problem with Bricks v1.7b so all of you enthusiasts can test new Bricks features together with OxyProps.
Thanks for the feedback that helped me solve it quickly. Of course I will monitor next Bricks updates until official release.
Thank you! It works now! That was really quick
